Parallels – keyDown event not registering in Browser on Guest-OS
Should you wonder why keyDown-Events don't fire in a Webbrowser, when that Browser runs in a VM in Parallels, don't look any further than this forum post.
The Workaround ist to edit the config.pvs file and set OptimizeModifiers to 1 instead of 0. To edit the File on a Mac, find the File for your VM, right click it and "show package contents", then edit the file.
